My order was a present for Valentine's day, and I ordered 2 days before hoping that i would just be able to make it... You can imagine my despair when you called to say it was out of stock, and may not be able to get it to me for the 14th, but it was great that you got in touch in person over the phone! However, instead of letting me down, a lovely lady said she would order in my product and get it to me as soon as possible... Imagine my surprise when it arrived on Valentine's morning!
