The Panther G was developed in response to the Russian T-34 and was one of the best tanks of WWII. The Ausf G was important as it was the final version of this famous tank series and it had a big influence on post-war tank design. Early versions suffered from mechanical problems due to lack of adequate testing. Produced until 1945 it saw action on all fronts in the war. The 75mm gun had excellent anti-armor capability and it could out duel T-34s at long range. The excellent suspension system meant it could traverse rough terrain at speed. Over 5900 were built and the tank served with the French army after the war.

This fantastic scale radio controlled replica from Heng Long looks great and is feature packed.
